Claire Biermaas is Vice President of Divisional Marketing and Customer Experience at AmerisourceBergen. Biermaas works to present a single view of the customer to business leaders and is accountable for the transformation of process and structures that support customer insight driven business decisions and marketing strategy. Biermaas is a member of the divisional leadership team and is passionate about applying innovation tactics to drive organizational change and brand strategy. She began her career in healthcare public relations at Burson Marsteller. Biermaas earned a B.A. in communication arts from Marymount Manhattan College.
