AmerisourceBergen Corporation ("we," "us" or "ABC") owns and
operates the knowledgedriven.com site ("Site"). We are
committed to protecting your privacy when you visit the Site.

You acknowledge that any content you post, upload or submit to
ABC for posting to the Website ("User Generated Content") is not
private and can be viewed by other users of the Website as well as
other third parties if such content is posted to social media
sites.
ABC reserves the right to modify or delete any User
Generated Content you post, upload or submit to ABC for posting to
the Website for any or no reason. However, ABC does not
represent that it will monitor, modify, or delete any User
Generated Content.

personally identifiable information about yourself.
Personally identifiable information ("PII") is generally defined as
information that may be able to identify you such as, yet not

Information and Security
It is ABC's policy to do its best to keep any PII you
provide to us secure.
ABC uses industry standard security measures that are
reasonably designed to help protect your PII from loss,
unauthorized access, or disclosure. We hold your PII held on
a secured server, behind a firewall. We use socket layer
encryption technology when sensitive data is entered.
While ABC takes the issue of protecting your privacy
online seriously, you should exercise discretion in what
information you post, upload or submit for posting to the
Site. We cannot guarantee that information sent over the
Internet is fully secure, and therefore the transmitted information
may be intercepted by others before it reaches ABC.
If you are concerned about sending information to ABC over
the Internet, do not send it. ABC is not responsible for the

Interaction with
Social Media Sites
The Site may interact with other social media sites such as
Facebook and Twitter. Users of the Site can choose to make
User Generated Content available through Facebook, Twitter and
other social media site accounts. For example, users can use
Facebook's "Like" button to make User Generated Content available
through their Facebook account. By posting, uploading or
submitting for posting to the Site User Generated Content, you
acknowledge that such content can be republished through other
users' social media site accounts. If you use the Site, do
not post, upload or submit any User Generated Content that you do
not want publically shared through other social media sites.
If you republish any User Generated Content to a social media site,
you agree that such content does not violate the social media
site's policies, including its privacy policy.
If you delete User Generated Content from the Site, that
same content may still be available on the Internet if it was
republished through a social media site.

the Site interacts with Facebook, be sure to check your Facebook

Children's
Privacy
The Site is not directed at, marketed to, nor intended
for, children under 13 years of age. ABC does not knowingly
collect any information, including PII, from children under 13
years of age. ABC learns that any information was provided
through the Site by a person younger than 13 years of age, ABC will
delete the information immediately.

Concerns
The Site is meant for individuals within the United
States. ABC only knowingly collects information from
individuals within the United States. If you provide
information to us from outside of the United States, you do so at
your own risk. If you are outside of the United States, you
are responsible for complying with any local laws regarding use of
